BGC Legal (Criminal Records & Trials)

The BGC Legal process performs an exhaustive search and analysis of criminal records, court bulletins, and current or historical judgment listings associated with the candidate within their jurisdiction.

Registration Structure (Input Payloads)​

To initialize this process, two methods are supported depending on your query needs. The input payloads below use generic placeholders:

This method runs the query using the national identifier (such as CURP in Mexico or the corresponding national ID).

Response Data Architecture​

The process exposes findings in two key nodes of its data architecture, differentiating the information according to the level of detail the client requires:

  • selectedEvidence (Summary view): The block returned by default in the response. It contains an array of critical judgments grouped by matter (PENAL, CIVIL, FAMILIAR, ADMINISTRATIVA) that the analyst team preselected to determine the candidate's risk status.
  • jugmentsFound (Extended view / ?detail=true): This object is only included in the response if the client explicitly enables the detail query parameter (?detail=true). It shows the full historical dump of all sources and bulletins found, without prior filtering.

Process Response Examples​

Approved Case​

In this scenario, the candidate has no records or findings that compromise their risk status. The result field is reported as "Aprobado" and the selectedEvidence array is returned empty.

Not Approved Case (With Findings)​

In this scenario, the identified and preselected judgments are shown, organized by legal matter. The record sub-objects are generated dynamically according to the legal matter of the litigation.
